Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Auto One account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the products in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
